Easy Meat Loaf Recipe

This is a sweet meat loaf recipe.

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup catsup
1 lb hamburger meat
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup bread crumbs ( I have also used oats in place of the bread crumbs)
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Pour sugar in the bottom of the pan and top with the catsup. Mix the meat, egg, milk, onion and bread crumbs, salt and pepper and press on top of the catsup and sugar.

Bake about 1 hour and then remove from oven and pour juices and then turn loaf out onto a plate with the suagr mixture on top and slice and serve.
