How to Remove Food Coloring from Counter Tops

This is the time of year when the food coloring and egg coloring kits are being used everywhere and it is bound to get on the counter tops. I get it on my counter tops all the time and remove it using Magic Erasers or Baking Soda which ever I have on hand.
